Thank you for shopping with PulseBands. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

All PulseBands sales are final.

Because our products are wearable items that come into direct contact with the skin, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect color selection, or other preference-related reasons.

Please carefully review the product description, compatibility information, color, and other product details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with another product-related issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos or video showing the problem

• Photos of the packaging when applicable

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or other resolution.

Do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product and your claim is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the appropriate resolution.

Products sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Orders may begin processing shortly after checkout, and we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified, stopped, or canceled after it has been submitted.

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

PulseBands will not be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address once processing has begun.

Orders that must be reshipped because of an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Shipping & Return Label Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically agreed to by PulseBands, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs and return-label costs associated with an authorized return or reshipment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale, promotional, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards are also non-refundable.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, European Economic Area, or another jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer cancellation or return rights, you may have additional statutory rights that cannot be waived by this policy.

Where applicable, customers in the European Union generally have the right to cancel an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions under consumer-protection law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds

Because PulseBands does not generally accept returns, refunds are only issued when specifically approved by our support team or where required by applicable law.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
